Damp and mould remediation with a written record for every job, across Greater London

For offices, shops, restaurants and other workplaces

Mould treated around your trading hours

Customers notice mould before you do, and staff should not have to work next to it. We treat commercial premises with the area sealed off, outside your busiest hours where possible, and leave you with a report your landlord or insurer can read.

  • Early starts and weekend work on request
  • Work area contained to protect staff and customers
  • Dated report for your landlord or insurer

Keeping the doors open

The work fits your business, not the other way round

A closed kitchen or a cordoned shop floor costs money by the hour. So before we quote, we ask when you trade, when deliveries arrive and which rooms you can live without for a while.

The plan that follows is written into the quote. You know which areas will be sealed, on which days, and whether we will start before opening or come in at the weekend. No surprises on the morning.

How we limit disruption

  • Out-of-hours optionsEarly starts and weekend work on request.
  • Sealed work zonesContainment keeps dust and spores inside the treated area.
  • Clear handbackWe tell you when each area is ready to use again.

Premises we treat

Different buildings, the same careful method

Every commercial space has its own reason for damp. The survey looks for it before anything is removed or painted.

Restaurants and cafes

Steam from cooking and washing up, plus extraction that cannot keep pace, shows up on ceilings, in stores and behind equipment.

Shops and showrooms

Stockrooms, rear walls and basements where moisture builds up out of sight and stock can be spoiled.

Offices

Kitchenettes, toilets and rooms around window frames, often in older converted buildings.

Gyms and studios

Changing rooms and showers where heavy daily use and warm air keep surfaces wet.

Clinics and treatment rooms

Spaces where visible mould undermines patient confidence and needs prompt, documented treatment.

Warehouses and units

Large, cool spaces with roof leaks, condensation on cold surfaces and stored goods at risk.

Need the work done outside opening hours? Say so when you get in touch and we will plan the survey around it.

We had a particularly challenging repair project for WBLAM to handle, and they were excellent throughout. Dimitri worked exceptionally hard, remained flexible, and was always helpful with any requests we had. The same can be said for every member of the team we dealt with. I would highly recommend them.

Business questions

What business owners ask us

Do we need to close while you work?

Often not. The treated area is sealed off with containment sheeting, and we can start early or work at weekends on request so the main part of the job happens when the premises are quiet. The survey tells us what is realistic for your layout, and we set that out with the quote before you commit.

Is the treatment safe around staff and customers?

We use a non-bleach antimicrobial, contain the work area and capture loose spores with HEPA-filtered vacuuming before any surface work starts. We agree with you which areas stay closed and for how long, so you can brief staff and keep customers away from the work zone.

Our landlord is responsible for the building. Who should instruct you?

Either party can. Many tenants instruct us for the survey so they have an independent record of the cause, then share the report with the landlord. If the landlord instructs the treatment, we can address the report to them and keep you informed about access.

Can you provide documents for an insurance claim?

Our report includes dated photographs before and after, moisture readings, the likely cause and a record of the work done. That is the kind of evidence insurers and landlords usually ask for. Whether a claim is accepted is a matter for your insurer and your policy.

How is a commercial job priced?

Remediation starts from £550, the same starting point as residential work. After the survey you receive a fixed written quote covering the area, any out-of-hours working and the report. The price you approve is the price you pay, with no extras added once the work is under way.
